DACA

Looking to renew your DACA?

SFDP provides direct legal representation to DACA recipients - we’re with you until your case is resolved.

Effective February 12, 2024: SFDP will charge a legal retainer fee on an income-based sliding scale of up to $250 for DACA Renewals. You may be eligible for free or low-cost services depending on your household income and size. Please attend one of our in-person DACA clinics or begin your online DACA renewal to initiate your renewal process and be assessed for free or low-cost services. This does not include the filing fees required by the federal government (USCIS).

We offer two convenient options for DACA renewal services:

Option 1: Renew your DACA in-person

SFDP’s In-person Walk-in DACA Clinics take place weekly both in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

In-person DACA clinics are on a first-come, first-served basis, no appointment necessary. We may limit the number of people on the premises at any given time due to capacity. Please arrive at least 25 minutes before the end of the clinic to make sure we have enough time to complete your application. Clinics can be canceled due to inclement weather or holidays, so please follow us on social media for closure information.
