Humanitarian Services

(U Visa, T Visa, & VAWA)

U.S. immigration laws have created many protections for individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual assault, violent crimes, labor violations, trafficking, and more. Often these protections extend to include family members, including family members of US citizens who have experienced harm.

Santa Fe Dreamers Project offers full legal representation to survivors of violence and their loved ones in a variety of types of  immigration relief, including U Visa, T Visa, and VAWA. We provide these services completely free of charge.

Our legal team at Santa Fe Dreamers Project has many years of experience working with individuals with these sensitive issues, and we know that immigration legal support is only one part of a complex picture for survivors of violence and abuse. Our team takes a trauma-informed approach to ensure that clients experience care and respect throughout their legal process, and we are proud to partner with other agencies to ensure that our clients receive the wraparound services they need.

If you or a loved one have experienced abuse or violence, please sign up for a consultation using our online scheduler below.
If you are affiliated with a partner agency and you would like to make a direct referral to Santa Fe Dreamers Project, please use our *Community Referral Form*. Santa Fe Dreamers Project often partners more closely with other nonprofit and social services agencies, including providing staff training about humanitarian protections for immigrant survivors of violence, as well as co-hosting collaborative legal fairs and clinics all over the state.
